|Extreme Networks Introduces Intelligent Mobile Edge Solution to Manage 'BYOD' in Workplace|

SANTA CLARA, Calif. and HANOVER, Germany, March 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Extreme Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXTR) today introduced its Intelligent Mobile Edge solution, which includes a new line of advanced Ethernet switches, longer range 802.11n access points and smart identity management across wired and wireless networks. The new solution advances the Company's strategy to mobilize businesses with new hardware and software that makes it easier to manage the "Bring-Your-Own-Device" (BYOD) movement within corporate IT environments.

The Intelligent Mobile Edge solution will be showcased at CeBIT, Hall 13, booth D25. The solution mobilizes business networks with a single converged data plane for wired and wireless networks.
